QuickBooks App
Last updated: October 19, 2026
A Bunch of Creators (ABC) runs a private QuickBooks Online connection for a small number of clients who ask us to reconcile their vendor billing. It is not a public app and is not sold or listed anywhere.
What it does
When a client connects their QuickBooks Online company, our reconciliation service reads the vendor bills, bill payments and expenses their bookkeeper has entered, and checks them against the vendor’s own invoices and payment receipts. Anything that does not line up (a missing entry, a different amount, a duplicate) goes into a short report for the client.
What it never does
The connection is read-only by design. Our code can look things up and nothing else: it does not create, change or delete anything in QuickBooks, and it never touches payments, payroll or bank credentials.
Connecting
We send the client a sign-in link. A QuickBooks admin for the company signs in with Intuit, picks the company and approves access. That is the only step on the client’s side.
Disconnecting
A client can disconnect at any time, either in QuickBooks Online (the gear icon, then Apps, then Disconnect next to this app) or by emailing us. Either way the connection stops at once, and we delete the stored connection details within 30 days. More detail is on the disconnected page.
