QuickBooks App License Agreement

This agreement covers the QuickBooks Online connection run by A Bunch of Creators (“ABC”, “we”) for its clients (the “App”). By connecting a QuickBooks Online company to the App, the client (“you”) agrees to these terms.

1. What the App is

The App is a private, read-only integration that ABC operates for clients who engage us to reconcile vendor billing. It is provided only as part of an existing client engagement and is not sold or offered to the public.

2. License

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to connect your QuickBooks Online company to the App and to receive its reports for the length of your engagement with ABC. You may not resell, sublicense or copy the App.

3. Your authorization

By connecting, you confirm that you are authorized to grant access to the QuickBooks Online company, and you allow the App to read the records it needs for reconciliation, as described in the QuickBooks App Privacy Policy.

4. Read-only use

The App reads data and does not create, change or delete records in your QuickBooks Online company. Your bookkeeper or accountant stays responsible for your books.

5. Reports are a check, not advice

Reconciliation reports flag differences for a person to review. They are not accounting, tax or legal advice, and you should confirm any finding before acting on it.

6. Disconnecting

You can disconnect at any time from QuickBooks Online or by emailing us. We delete stored connection details within 30 days of disconnection.

7. No warranty

The App is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is error free or always available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ABC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App, and our total liability for the App is limited to the fees you paid ABC for the reconciliation work in the three months before the claim.

9. Intuit

QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The App is not made or endorsed by Intuit. Your use of QuickBooks Online itself is governed by your agreement with Intuit.
